A. Due to the high cost and unpredictability of international shipping, we currently ship only to the USA and Canada. To see your shipping rate for Canada, simply add an item to your cart—the calculator will provide an accurate quote. Please note that duty fees may apply when your order enters Canada.

A. We offer FREE SHIPPING so it doesn't cost you anything unless you decide to return the purchase.

A. ALL of the electrical components are NEW & UL Rated for safety. Some of our products are made with vintage or reclaimed materials and will be noted as such in the description. We love how they have the workmanship of a new product but the look and feel of a vintage gem.

A. Most of our fixtures install in about 10-20 minutes using a standard ceiling junction box. If you're comfortable with basic electrical tools, you likely won't need an electrician. Of course, if you're unsure about electrical work, hiring a professional is always a safe choice.

A. If your fixture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect—gaps, broken components, finish issues—contact us right away. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, no hassle. You won't be stuck with a flawed product.

A. Yes, our fixtures are compatible with standard dimmer switches. We offer dimmable bulbs for purchase with every fixture.

A. Yes! Just specify in the 'notes' when you check out and we will make them up to 6' long at no additional charge. Contact us directly for any additional lengths over that measurement

A. Yes! The lights can easily be adjusted upon installation.
