Q. What is your return policy?

Q. Do you ship World Wide?

A. Yes, we ship all over the world and will rewire the light if needed outside the USA. Just add a product to your cart, and the calculator will then provide an accurate shipping quote to Canada. Other countries will need to contact us directly at LampGoods@gmail.com

Q. How much does postage cost?

A. There is a shipping calculator in the check out process. We try to keep our shipping costs reasonable for you, but you can always ask.

Q. Are The Lamp Goods products new or second hand?

A. ALL of the electrical components are NEW & UL Rated for safety.  Some of our products are made with reclaimed or recycled materials and will be noted as such in the description. They have the workmanship of a new product but the look and feel of a vintage gem. 

Q. Are payments secure?

A. Absolutely. Our website is secured ensuring you details and personal information are well protected. We also use STRIPE & PAYPAL  as a payment gateway for credit card payments, which offer a fast, secure connection.

Q. What payment types does The Lamp Goods accept?

A. The Lamp Goods accepts Paypal, Visa and MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Q. Can I get longer pendant lengths on my lights?

Yes! Just specify in the 'notes' when you check out and we will make them up to 6' long at no additional charge.

Q. Can I adjust the lengths on my pendant lights?

A. Yes! The lights can easily be adjusted upon installation.
