Beautiful Lighting Kit and Outstanding Customer Service

We absolutely love our light and couldn't be happier!! I have to mention the customer service, it went above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I were having trouble trying to figure out how to install the Lighting Kit on a very old fan/light combo that we have. Jann sent us multiple emails explaining the installation process for the existing fan that we have and never made me feel bad if I felt I was asking a "stupid" question.
